Christmas Eve

It's Christmas Eve! I can't wait for Santa! There are gifts galore here. The tree is decorated. I bought gifts for my Papa, my grandparents, my Great Aunt Luster. I am my Mommy's best gift!


I am enjoying Grandma Titi's visit--she helps me fly lots!

Grandma Titi Arrives

My Grandma Titi arrives today for Christmas! I have to make myself more handsome--if possible! I have fun when Mommy dresses me. Lots of giggling & grabbing!


One thing my Grandma won't like is the sock situation! I won't wear them--& she loves "little sockies on babies!" I'm just too active--see what happened in the last hour to my socks!

week of December 19, 2008

I've had a busy, busy week! I started "flying" on my own (see pictures above) versus when Papa lifts me! I've been rolling fully from back to front! I even grab things now with my "monkey toes!" This morning I was passing my "paci" from one hand to the other (I like thumb-sucking better anyway).

Last night I started feeling the effects of my vaccines--today I needed Tylenol. Mommy & I still managed to get Christmas presents off in the mail. The man at the post office wasn't my Mommy, so I cried! Oh well, not every day is perfect!

I had a 4 month check-up today. My shots went much better than at 2 months! We'll see how the week goes--but so far I'm smiling! Weight 15 lbs 6 oz. Height 25 3/4 inches

My 4 Month Birthday!

Today I am 4 months old! I'd like to update you on a bunch of milestones I've had: In the last two weeks I've taken a big interest in books being read to me. I lost my baby peach fuzz on my ears. I have been turning my head when Papa calls me from across the room. Yesterday I reached for Mommy across the room--she cried from joy!


I want control of my bottle now. I hold it every time I eat! For the last 3 days I've changed my routine--I don't necessarily nap every 90 minutes. I make a big stink (ask Papa what I mean) too! It's just from growing!

So Mommy gets a little silly with milestones & birthdays. We do a weekly birthday, a monthly birthday--it's even been a year since Mommy got knocked up (see how crazy she is!) As in "Alice in Wonderland" dear reader, "a very merry un-birthday to you!"

I had a really fun day! Papa taught me how to jump (with his help). I giggled & giggled! Mommy & I went shopping. I like my stroller--just keep it moving!

Today I watched Sesame Street "Old School" from the 1970s! I get to see an episode once or twice a week. I get to see Baby Mozart or Baby Beethoven once or twice a week too!

Finally caught with arms supporting me!

I used my pen to sign my Granny's birthday card. Yes--I signed it!!! (with help) Then Mommy & I went to the Post Office--my outing today!
