Mr. R:  We made wet paper balls, and threw them in the bathroom.
Miss K:  I wanted to make water balloons!

May 22, 2014 Graduation!

Mr. R:  We sang "It's a Small World" at our end of the year program today.  Then we had a party with cupcakes.

May 21, 2014 School notes

Mr. R:  I ran the school today!  When Dada called the school, I told him I was busy.

Miss K:  Sometimes I bring Toweley to school.  She has to hide in my backpack.  This ducky is a baby, not my favorite ducky, but that ducky is in another room today.

Miss K:  We put all the things we need on the magic carpets.  Now we will go for a ride!

May 5, 2014 Magic act?

Mr. R: I wanted Miss K to hold still while my cars did the big slide (she makes a great assistant, don't you think?). 

May 4, 2014 Frozen party!

Miss K:  That's my friend's Frozen party.  I am Anna and she is Elsa, like the movie!

May 2, 2014 Aunt Luster's here!

Mr. R:  Today we went to the zoo and to Dada's TV station.  Aunt Luster brought us lemon cookies.

April 27, 2014 Knuffle Bunny returns!

Miss K:  All I wanted at the picnic was Knuffle Bunny from my class.  Mama won him for me and we get to keep him forever.  We ate bunny pancakes this morning for Knuffle Bunny!

April 26, 2014 School Picnic

Miss K:  We had hot dogs and cotton candy at the school picnic!  I was scared of the strong wind that knocked over baskets and tablecloths.

Mr. R:  This is the class basket for my class.  (Publisher's note:  I was room parent and helped build the basket.  We also won that basket, plus one with books, and one with Knuffle Bunny.  Very happy to help the school raise $  -Mommy)

April 23, 2014 Helicopters

Mr. R:  These are helicopter seeds.  I think I picked up over 200 at Granny and Bama's house today!

April 22, 2014 Dinosaur roar!

Miss K:  While Mr. R is at school I play with dinosaurs a lot!  He doesn't like dinosaurs as much as I do.

April 18-20, 2014 Easter fun!

Miss K:  We decorated bunny and butterfly cookies with frosting and sprinkles.  Yummy!  (Publisher's note:  I was told Miss K isn't wearing anything in this photo, but I clearly see some frosting on her chest.  Toddlers!  Shirts optional, is a great way to make clean up easy after painting and cooking!  -Mommy)

 Mr. R:  The next night we decorated eggs with color and stickers!

Miss K:  The Easter Bunny came!  I was up at 6am, but I waited until Mama said I could wake up Mr. R and look for eggs.  I'm being silly in this picture!

Miss K:  I got my hair cut shorter this time.  I love it!

I love to sing the "Frozen" song.  I jump and I sing!  (Publisher's note:  This was her third time in a row jumping and singing, and the 1st day we had the soundtrack CD.  I don't know where the energy comes from!  -Mommy)

Miss K:  We made a pirate ship today.  We painted cardboard sails and helped with tape!

Mr. R:  We had movie night, "Jake the Pirate," with popcorn and a glowing fairy dust jar.

Mr. R:  We made shirts to celebrate our 100 days at school.  I wore my shirt to bed too!

February 14, 2014 Trash Art

Miss K:  I make a lot of art at home now.  I started drawing "funny guys"--rectangle guys, ghost guys, oval guys, mushroom guys.  My favorite is my trash art.  This is my first trash art.  It's a robot.

February 13, 2014 Toweleys!

Miss K:  I love Toweley!  So while Mama went to the mailbox, I got all of them & put them on the couch.  I'm quick!

Mr. R:  We had a snow day.  I can catch snowflakes on my tongue!

February 3-4, 2014 Knuffle Bunny

Miss K:  I had Knuffle Bunny at home from my class.  He got to go everywhere with me!  I will tell my friends what we did.  I made him food and a bed.

He even went to the dentist!

January 31, 2014 Yuck!

Miss K:  I left my silly putty with my Seat Pet.  Seat Pet had to be washed.

January 23, 2014 Fire Station Party

Miss K:  Mama took my class to the fire station for my birthday party.  I was a little shy meeting the firefighters.  Then we played at McDonalds!

January 22, 2014 Winner!

Mr. R:  We went to play video games with Grandma Titi.  I won 100 prize tickets!  Big winner!

Miss K:  It's my birthday!  There's even a dog on my cake!  That's funny!
